In May of 2022 I had contacted Shashibhushan Garu as we were going through some difficult times with a tenant. Shashibhushan Garu was very gracious to talk to us and supported us spiritually during these times.

Shashibhushan Garu talked to Swamy ji and with his guidance performed the Prayojana homam for us.

In the Prayojana homam Bhushan Garu got a message from Ammavaru that the problem will be resolved but it will take time as the tenant was trying to make money out of the situation and was going to give us a hard time for a few months.

This proved to be true as in July 2022, the tenant threatened to sue us for compensation, though their complaints were exaggerated and fabricated. It was quite clear that this was simply a tactic to extract money for themselves. It was a very stressful time for us through no fault of our own and we were unsure what to do. Shashibhushan Garu contacted Swamy Ji and through his advice, performed Varahi Navaratri pujas for our family. The relief was pretty immediate. The tenant had for years been unwilling to neither vacate nor pay additional cost to the damages they made to the house. After the puja and Varahi Navaratri, the tenant moved out of the house, we had to spend far less on resolving the issue than what had previously seemed to be required and we did not have to go through any lawsuits as the tenant had been threatening for five months.

Swamy Ji and Shashibhushan Garu’s support was a massive relief and we are so grateful to Swamy Ji for his blessings. Thank you so much for the constant, timely and generous support we received throughout.
